It is processed in particular for the following purposes:

Retention period: Contact form data is deleted once your inquiry has been fully processed, and in any case no later than after 3 years, unless statutory retention obligations require otherwise.

8. Mailing Services
We offer mailing services (personalization, addressing, printing, and dispatch of mailings). As part of these services, we process personal data (in particular names and addresses of recipients) as a processor pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR on behalf of our customers (controllers).
Processing takes place exclusively on the documented instructions of the respective client. We conclude a data processing agreement (DPA) pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR with every customer for whom we provide mailing services.
Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (performance of a contract). Retention period: Address data is deleted immediately after completion of the respective order or returned to the client.
9. Use of AI Tools
We use AI-powered text assistants (ChatGPT by OpenAI, Claude by Anthropic) for internal support in creating texts. Only anonymous, non-personal content is processed — no customer, supplier, or employee data.
ChatGPT (OpenAI, USA): Used via a free account. Data transfers to the USA in accordance with OpenAI's privacy policy. Internal policy: no personal data may be entered.
Claude (Anthropic, USA): Used via a Pro account. A data processing agreement has been concluded with Anthropic. Data transfers to the USA take place on the basis of EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46 (2) (c) GDPR). Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest).

Our website contains links to our social media profiles. By clicking on these links, you leave our website. The operators of the respective platforms are responsible for data processing on those platforms:

13. Fonts
This website uses self-hosted fonts. No connections to external servers (such as Google Fonts) are established. All font files are loaded directly from our own server. As a result, no data is transmitted to third parties.
