Everything about die-cut shapes, materials, attachments and the ordering process — answered concisely.
Cotton thread (1 mm), rubber/elastic thread (0.8–1.2 mm), satin ribbon (3–6 mm), hemp thread (1–1.5 mm), plastic thread (0.5–1 mm). Over 50 colors for satin ribbon.
As a rule, cords up to approx. 2 mm thick can be processed by machine. For thicker cords or special materials (e.g. leather straps), please get in touch with us first.
Yes, up to 3 layers of different materials (e.g. cardboard + translucent paper). Also possible with integrated pockets or flaps.

As a print-ready PDF (PDF/X-4) with 3 mm bleed and crop marks. Colors in CMYK (4c). Please set up spot colors in Pantone. We offer InDesign templates for download for every product.
Yes! We'll gladly send you a tailored sample catalog with blank dummies and printed samples. Simply order via the inquiry form.
Before production, you receive an approval PDF. Once you give your final approval, we start production. Changes after approval are possible, but any costs incurred up to that point will be charged.
Yes, we are a reliable partner for fellow print shops. Our finishing equipment handles the 70 × 100 cm format. Please deliver printed sheets untrimmed and flat.
Yes. Just let us know when you order and we'll label the boxes neutrally. We can also enclose a delivery note.
