Frequently Asked Questions
on general questions
Where are the printing products produced?
We produce everything in-house, in Kuehwegboden 40. A middleman is not needed, which is a big advantage for us and for you. We are very flexible and can react immediately.
Why isn't there a price list?
Due to the wide range of products it is not possible to draw up general price lists. If you provide us with your project data, we can make you a suitable offer.
What can we print?
We attach great importance to high quality products without you having to dig deep into your pockets. We offer you various printing solutions - completely individual and according to your needs. Special colours, embossed printing, die-cutting as well as sophisticated finishing techniques become an absolute eye-catcher with us.
Können gedruckte Bögen auch weiterverarbeitet werden?
Of course we see ourselves as a reliable partner and supplier for colleague companies. It should be noted that we can only take over production after all technical details have been clarified. Exact specifications for printing/material will be provided by us before production.
Wie sollen gedruckte Bögen zur weiterverarbeitung angeliefert werden?
Our processing department is equipped for the 70×100 cm format. The printed sheets should be delivered uncut and flat.
Are there sample catalogues?
Yes, of course. The best way is to give us some information about what you are interested in, then we can send you a tailor-made sample catalogue.
How does the print approval work?
Of course we check before each print job exactly whether the delivered data is suitable. Before production begins, you will receive a release - PDF, on the basis of which we carry out the final check and start production with your "OK to print". Please note: In case of changes after the print approval we have to charge the costs incurred until then.
Where can I get information on current orders?
If you have a question about your current job - just call your contact person directly. He or she will always know exactly what the job status is.
How long is the delivery time of my order?
All information about your order can be obtained directly from our experts in the office. To be on the safe side, the delivery date is always on your order confirmation.
Can cartographic material be obtained from you?
Unfortunately, we have no options in this regard.
Can we take over the graphics?
Depending on the order, yes. We have graphic designers in the pre-press department - changes and adjustments can be made by us.
Is bundling possible when packing the printed products?
When it comes to packaging, we can act very individually. There may be additional costs with considerable extra effort, which we will of course discuss with you first.
How should the data be provided?
As printable PDF with trapping and crop marks. Colours in 4c (CMYK) or, in the case of multi-colours, spot colours in Pantone or, if desired, create spot colours only.
Can you arrange a neutral shipment?
Yeah, sure. Just let us know when you order, and we will label the boxes neutrally. If you send us your delivery note, we can send the products directly to your customer.
