Frequently Asked Questions

on general questions

We produce everything in-house, in Kuehwegboden 40. A middleman is not needed, which is a big advantage for us and for you. We are very flexible and can react immediately.

Due to the wide range of products it is not possible to draw up general price lists. If you provide us with your project data, we can make you a suitable offer.

We attach great importance to high quality products without you having to dig deep into your pockets. We offer you various printing solutions - completely individual and according to your needs. Special colours, embossed printing, die-cutting as well as sophisticated finishing techniques become an absolute eye-catcher with us.

Of course we see ourselves as a reliable partner and supplier for colleague companies. It should be noted that we can only take over production after all technical details have been clarified. Exact specifications for printing/material will be provided by us before production.

Our processing department is equipped for the 70×100 cm format. The printed sheets should be delivered uncut and flat.

Yes, of course. The best way is to give us some information about what you are interested in, then we can send you a tailor-made sample catalogue.

Of course we check before each print job exactly whether the delivered data is suitable. Before production begins, you will receive a release - PDF, on the basis of which we carry out the final check and start production with your "OK to print". Please note: In case of changes after the print approval we have to charge the costs incurred until then.

If you have a question about your current job - just call your contact person directly. He or she will always know exactly what the job status is.

All information about your order can be obtained directly from our experts in the office. To be on the safe side, the delivery date is always on your order confirmation.

Unfortunately, we have no options in this regard.

Depending on the order, yes. We have graphic designers in the pre-press department - changes and adjustments can be made by us.

When it comes to packaging, we can act very individually. There may be additional costs with considerable extra effort, which we will of course discuss with you first.
